Darrell:

I'm very sad to tell you guys that one of our teammates have decided to drop out of the team. Whether he will leave or not, the decision have yet to be decided by Mr Han.

I'm sure many of you are aware of certain things that have happened in the team currently. Our lack of concern and care to our fellow teammates have ultimately caused us, a teammate.

A teammate that always supported us from behind; efforts he contributed to the team can't be summarised in a word or two.

Remember who was the one who always go after the loose ball after we shoot so as to let us progress with our training?
Remember who was the one whom always keep the boards regardless of rain or shine? Remember who was the one that frequently mopped the court after training?

HIM. Things that he have done are not appreciated, things he did wasn't recognised.

That's be'cose most of you just leave immediately after training, leaving individually back home.

Such a great teammate, we may just lose him just be'cose of the lack of team unity. Just be'cose we failed to care. Never once anybody appreciated what he have done for us. Never.

I have greatly emphasised on the importance of team unity. "One for all, all for one." Only people that understand team unity will be able to understand what this phrase truly means...

Why were we unable to qualify for 'b' div 2 years straight? The team wasn't close enough. The team was solely made up by a bunch of individuals rather than a team.

Even if he may not get into the team eventually, that should be up to Mr Han to decide, not for him to decide. Not for some unnecessarily comment that denies him of his chance to get into the team.

The cause of this incident was only a spark. Many things happened before it lead to this ultimate tragedy. If it's anybody fault, it's everybody.

This incident have shown us what a lack of team unity can cause us. This may just be the beginning. If it continues, you may be the next one. You never know...

I truly do not wish to see a similar incident happening again. Can we have a better team spirit in the future? Learn to care. Learn to put yourself in other's people shoe. Learn to be a team.

Remember. Everybody is equal in the team, nobody should be more superior than the other. Cose~ we are a team.
